TEJAY‘S is a piece of home for all of us

We mothers want to be picked up in our needs. This is an essential basis for us to entrust our children to someone else. TEJAY'S works on this basis every day with a team with above-average pedagogical training. Personally, I am always on site and the contact person for all parents and for my team. TEJAY'S is a piece of home for all of us.
OUR VALUES TEJAY'S conveys values

(01) Parenting partner at eye level
Parenting partner
Eye level
We are your parenting partner at eye level. Our team, consisting of pedagogues, educators, psychologists and speech therapists, supports and guides you and your children in all situations.
(02) Small play and study groups
Small play and
Study groups
With an above-average childcare key, we attach great importance to observing the children and looking after them in small groups (5 to 8 children). For us, this is the basis of all individual support.
(03) Holistic learning
Holistic
learning
We stand for holistic learning through experience. Observing, experimenting, imitating and playing creates the basic requirements for systematic learning for later times.
(04) Early childhood support
Early Childhood
Advancement
For us, early childhood support means opportunities for development and self-discovery. TEJAY’s support program includes professional language support, child-friendly sports units, art education, music school, support units based on Montessori, preschool with a primary school teacher and much more.
(05) Loving care
Loving Ones
Maintenance
We live childcare with love and patience. Daily loving care and understanding for every child are a prerequisite for our treasures to be able to feel comfortable outside of their home.
(06) support
Unterstützung
We support you in preparing your children not only for school, but for life. One of our central goals is that your children learn to be able to move around society with healthy self-confidence.
CONCEPT THE TEJAY'S CONCEPT

Education
Our children have a right to an education right from the start, but also to their childhood. Children learn primarily through observation, experimentation, imitation and play. This learning principle should be illustrated with an example: A child cannot cut on a line. In the "normal case" you practice cutting with the child over and over again, but addressing their weaknesses and destroying their motivation. It is better to sharpen their senses: can the child see the line, can they perceive it? Can it run in one line? Can it capture space? Through the experience of the big (gross motor skills) you get to the small (fine motor skills) and suddenly your child cuts on a line and has a sense of achievement that it is proud of. His confidence in his own abilities is strengthened and that is exactly what we want to promote.

Promotion of social skills
We can specifically support children in developing social skills, because everyday life in a children's group is characterized by interactive situations that we can use to promote social-emotional skills. Children play with each other, they argue, learn to share, help each other, and negotiate compromises. You will learn together with others, hand in hand, to interact and arrange but also to assert yourself. The emotions that accompany daily life in the group are just as varied: fun and joy, curiosity and impatience, fear and sadness, jealousy and anger. These new experiences bring many challenges and learning processes for the little ones. In doing so, they need our guidance and support. It is important that we try to empathize with the possible problems and the children's way of thinking and have the necessary patience to support them in these processes, but at the same time protect their individual personality.

FÖRDERUNG SOZIALER
KOMPETENZEN
